MINDSET BEHAVIORAL HEALTH IS PROUD TO OFFER A WALK IN CLINC ON  TUESDAYS FROM 10 AM TO 3PM AND FRIDAYS FROM 9AM TO 2PM  FOR TEENS (13 AND OLDER) AND ADULTS FOR MENTAL ILLNESS OR SUBSTANCE USE.  (if you are experiencing a crisis please call 911 or go to nearest emergency room)

We provide comprehensive Mental Health and Addiction Treatment services, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.  Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are now offering Spravato for treatment resistant depression.
