We accept most insurance plans, including most commercial insurances and the following: Unified, Magnacare, Anthem IU Health Plan, Ascension (Smart Health), Quest Behavioral Health, Carelon Behavioral Health, and others. We also offer a sliding scale fee for uninsured patients. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and we are committed to making our services accessible to all.
