I’m Jimmy Sullivan, a Licensed Social Worker, and I help adults navigate anxiety, trauma, addiction, stress, relationship challenges, and the everyday weight of trying to keep it all together. I know starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or even overwhelming, so I focus on creating a space that feels calm, real, and genuinely centered on yourneeds.

My style is straightforward and down-to-earth,no judgment, no pressure, just honest conversations that help you understand what you’re carrying and what you want for yourself.

I also have extensive experience working with first responders, veterans, and individuals facing addiction, and I understand the unique pressures that come with those roles and challenges. Whether you’re feeling burned out, stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to change, I’m here to walk with you as you figure it out. I’m currently completing my Doctor of Social Work at the University of Kentucky, and I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the room to help you move toward meaningful, sustainable progress at your own pace.
