Hi there! I spent nearly a decade as a Labor & Delivery RN before becoming a PMHNP-BC. I am also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health.
My journey into perinatal mental health has evolved throughout my career in women’s health. I specialize in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma, and mood changes during pregnancy and the postpartum period. I’m passionate about supporting individuals through the emotional complexities of fertility, pregnancy, loss, birth, and the transition to parenthood.
This season of life can be joyful, overwhelming, and isolating—all at once. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and rooted in evidence-based care. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. I also offer psychoeducation to help you understand what you're experiencing and collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan that feels right for you.
Whether you're a first-time parent, navigating a difficult pregnancy, or experiencing unexpected emotional challenges after birth, you're not alone—and you don’t have to suffer in silence. I’m here to help you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered in your journey to wellness.
