Specialized Perinatal Mental Health & Lactation Support

Our program provides integrated care for perinatal mental health and lactation under the clinical direction of a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with specialized perinatal training (PMHNP-BC, PMH-C, MSN, IBCLC).

Perinatal Mental Health Services:

• Assessment and treatment of prenatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders
• Medication management during pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Evidence-based therapy and counseling
• Support for birth trauma, pregnancy loss, and complicated perinatal experiences

Lactation Services:

• Comprehensive breastfeeding assessment and support
• Management of complex feeding challenges
• Guidance on breastfeeding while managing mental health medications
• Pumping strategies and return-to-work planning

Insurance & Access: We accept most commercial insurance plans and Medicaid to ensure our services are available to all families who need support.
