Seeking help for your mental health takes courage. Finding the right treatment is an important part of your wellness journey—one you don't have to navigate alone.
Our psychiatry practice provides expert medication management through collaborative partnership. Our board-certified providers specialize in understanding the relationship between brain chemistry, physical health, and overall wellness. Together, we'll find the right medication and dosage for your needs.
We accept most commercial insurances and Medicaid to ensure mental health care is accessible when you need it.
You're an active partner in your care from initial assessment through ongoing monitoring. We provide clear education about your medications, careful attention to side effects, and coordination with your other providers. Whether you're managing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, or other psychiatric conditions, we create personalized treatment plans that align with your goals and lifestyle.
Spravato (Esketamine) for Treatment-Resistant Depression: We offer Spravato (esketamine nasal spray), an FDA-approved treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Esketamine works differently than traditional antidepressants by targeting NMDA receptors in the brain, offering a modern mechanism of action for individuals who have not achieved adequate response with other antidepressant medications. Spravato is administered in our office under direct medical observation, as required by the FDA's Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) program. Each treatment session lasts approximately 2 hours to ensure proper monitoring and safety. Treatment typically involves twice-weekly sessions initially, with potential for reduced frequency based on response. This innovative therapy may provide meaningful relief for those who have struggled to find effective treatment options.
Your first appointment includes discussion of your symptoms, history, and goals. Follow-ups focus on your progress and treatment adjustments. We believe medication works best combined with therapy and attention to lifestyle factors—because mental health care treats the whole person.
Taking the first step is a sign of strength. We're here to provide the expertise and partnership you need. You deserve to feel like yourself again, and we are happy to help provide you personalized care to achieve your treatment goals.
If you're ready to take the first step towards improved mental health, please contact us to schedule an appointment. We look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
